Job Title:

Assistant Operations Manager We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maximizing our team's daily efficiency, accuracy, and overall productivity. This is a highly active, hands-on position requiring strong attention to detail, everyday technical proficiency, and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities Fulfillment & Logistics:

Use company software on computers and smartphones to accurately print packing slips and shipping labels.

Quality Control:

Package products precisely according to specifications, label packages correctly, and ensure all required documentation is completed.

Team Leadership:

Work collaboratively with the team, offering strong leadership, guidance, and direction on assigned tasks.

Warehouse Management:

Assist in locating inventory, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure the warehouse is swept at the end of every shift.

Operations & Safety:

Safely operate a forklift, deliver orders when necessary, and strictly follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and operating heavy machinery (forklift).

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy packages as needed, and perform physical labor daily.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities, tasks, and work schedules in a fast-paced environment.
