1. Safety, 2. Quality, 3. Delivery, 4. Cost. Position Overview We are looking for several Wood Machine Operators to help manufacture the wooden components for our beach chairs. This is a great opportunity to join a start-up with strong long-term potential and contribute to the foundation of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Safely operate woodworking equipment including saws, sanders, drill presses, routers, and specialty machinery Handle and process raw lumber and parts with care and precision Produce parts according to quality specifications and production schedules Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments Inspect materials and finished components to ensure alignment with Coastsetter's quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production goals aligned with Safety → Quality → Delivery → Cost Qualifications Prior experience with wood machinery preferred; training available for motivated individuals Strong commitment to safety in all tasks Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to lift materials Why Join Coastsetter?
