Finishing Range Operator $17.00 per Hour | Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Ready to be part of a team that keeps production moving and quality at its best? We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Finishing Range Operator to join our manufacturing team! If you have production or machine operation experience, take pride in your work, and know that quality matters, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Operate and monitor finishing range equipment to keep production running smoothly. Inspect fabric for holes, tears, stains, grease, shade variations, and other defects. Roll sheeting and perform quality checks at the Tenter Frame exit. Monitor equipment settings and make adjustments as needed. Record production results, downtime, and quality issues accurately. Communicate with team members and supervisors about production changes and equipment concerns. Perform equipment cleaning, threading, lubrication, and routine preventive maintenance. Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. ✅ What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of production or machine operation experience . Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable team player with good communication skills. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work around manufacturing equipment and follow safety procedures.
