We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with a background in adhesives, coating, converting, and slitting operations . This role is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Operate coating, converting, and slitting equipment to produce adhesive products Set up machines, perform changeovers, and make adjustments to maintain product quality Load raw materials and remove finished goods from production lines Monitor machine performance, including speeds, temperatures, pressures, and material flow Inspect products using measuring tools and visual checks to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks Follow production schedules to meet output and efficiency targets Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts Maintain accurate production records and equipment logs Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and team goals Assist in other production tasks as needed

Requirements:

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred 3+ years of experience in manufacturing , preferably in: Adhesives Coating and converting Slitting operations Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and follow technical instructions and machine settings Experience with machine setup, troubleshooting, and process adjustments Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work overtime as needed Authorized to work in the United States Work Environment Manufacturing facility setting Requires standing, lifting (up to 75 pounds), and working in varying temperatures Exposure to noise and moving equipment Equal Opportunity Statement ATP North America is an equal opportunity employer.
