What You'll Do Every Day:

You won't just watch a machine run. You will be the master of our spiral tube winding lines:

Set Up & Adjust:

Change mandrels, align winding belts, and set up target saws for custom client runs.

Keep Things Moving:

Load master paperboard rolls and manage multi-ply tension and glue assemblies. Measure for

Quality:

Use calipers and micrometers to make sure every tube and core hits perfect specs.

Stay Safe:

Keep your workspace clean and look out for your teammates by following standard safety protocols.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

2+ years' operating spiral winders, slitter-rewinders, or similar web-handling/laminating machinery.

Precision:

You know how to read a tape measure down to the 1/16th of an inch.

Muscle:

Ability to handle heavy paper rolls and lift up to 50 lbs.

Drive:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to be on their feet for up to 12 hours per day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, with assistance if required.
