Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce quality components safely and efficiently. Set up workpieces, load materials, follow work instructions, and inspect welds for accuracy and defects. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety and quality procedures. The ideal candidate has welding experience, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail; experience with robotic welding systems is preferred.
