Job Description

Quad Industries Inc. is a leader in Babbitt Fluid Bearings, dedicated to innovation and excellence. Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level machine operator focused on the production of Babbitt Fluid Bearings! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and machining.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and assist in the operation of CNC forming machines and stamping presses. Support the production team in creating high-quality Babbitt Fluid Bearings. Learn to read blueprints and work with precision tools. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Self-Starter:
Ability to work with little or no supervision. Strong understanding of fractions and decimals. Competence in reading and interpreting instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong attendance record. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods. Capable of lifting, handling, and carrying trays weighing up to 50 lbs.
