Braze Cell Operator - 1st and 2nd Shift HG Staffing, LLC | $16.82-$18.50 per hour | Temp-to-Hire HG Staffing is hiring eight Braze Cell Operators—four on first shift and four on second shift —for a client manufacturing facility. These positions offer a temp-to-hire opportunity after 90 days. Candidates must interview with the client before placement. Pay and Schedule First Shift — $16.82/hour

Monday-Thursday:

6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday overtime:

Normally 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Second Shift — $18.50/hour, including shift differential

Monday-Thursday:

4:30 p.m.-3:00 a.m.

Friday and Saturday overtime:

Normally 2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Second-shift operators will train on first shift for their first two weeks. The regular schedule consists of four 10-hour workdays. Friday and Saturday overtime is anticipated throughout the year , normally eight hours each day. Applicants should be available for both overtime days. The facility will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, the following Friday, and that Saturday. The same closure applies to Christmas Day and the following Friday and Saturday. What You'll Do Load parts and operate an automated braze machine according to work instructions. Perform leak testing and inspect parts for quality. Operate the parts washing system. Stage materials and move parts between production steps. Pack and label finished products accurately. Rotate between workstations and participate in cross-training. Complete production and inspection records. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. What We're Looking For Ability to follow written instructions and learn multiple production tasks. Attention to detail and ability to recognize and report defects. Dependability, teamwork, and consistent attendance. Willingness to rotate between workstations. Availability for the assigned shift and anticipated Friday and Saturday overtime. Work may involve extended standing and walking, repetitive hand and arm movements, and lifting or moving materials within site-established limits. The manufacturing environment may include heat, noise, and industrial equipment. Training and demonstrated competency are required before working independently at each workstation.
