Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial equipment with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. Your expertise in Laser machines, mechanical blueprint interpretation, and machine troubleshooting will be vital to maintaining smooth operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery, contribute to innovative manufacturing processes, and uphold safety standards across the facility. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, including Laser machines, Automated Saw Machines, and CNC programming tools, ensuring accurate production according to technical specifications. Set up and calibrate machinery and other industrial equipment using technical drawings and blueprints. Interpret manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine machining requirements and tooling setups. Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, to verify dimensional accuracy. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment promptly to minimize downtime while adhering to safety standards in production environments. Handle materials and tools efficiently within warehouse settings, including materials handling and packaging tasks. Maintain detailed records of machine operation logs, quality control checks, and production documentation for compliance and continuous improvement purposes. Experience Proven experience operating Laser machines, CNC machines and CNC programming in a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with shop math, fabrication techniques, tooling setup, and precision measurement instruments like micrometers and calipers. Hands-on experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and factory safety standards is essential. Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes assembly line operations, and materials handling is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining high quality standards; warehouse or manufacturing facility experience is preferred. $19.15 - $23.86 per hour
