Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to help produce high-quality plastic compounds for our customers. This position operates production equipment, follows safety procedures, and helps ensure products meet quality standards. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing and processing equipment. Follow all safety procedures and work instructions. Monitor product quality and production processes. Assist with extrusion, mixing, drying, bagging, and grinding operations. Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues. Keep work areas clean and organized. Work with team members to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing experience preferred. Extrusion experience is a plus. Ability to frequently lift up to 55 lbs. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant equipment. Skills Strong communication skills. Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment. Ability to learn different production processes. Pay:
$18.50 - $21.50 per hour
