789 Progress Road, Collierville TN 38017, United States Apply Share Job Description Conducts a variety of distribution, environmental, and material testing for FedEx customer packages. Essential Functions Conducts distribution testing, environmental testing, and material testing for customer packages Inspects customer packages and product for damage, leaks, and safety issues Prepares the package test record and provides general recommendations and feedback to the customer on the findings of the test Processes and ships packages for inbound and outbound shipping for both domestic and international shipments Repacks or improves shipments that are damaged that must be returned to a customer safely Supports proper disposal of packages and materials such as corrugated board as assigned Consults with customers to provide feedback on testing results for improvement opportunities Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience:

No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Good analytical and communications skills. Must learn and adapt to new equipment and technologies being used for testing. Microsoft Office products knowledge a plus. Salesforce knowledge a plus. Prior testing knowledge and use of testing equipment a plus. Job Conditions Ability to lift 75 pounds and the ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 75 pounds with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time. Valid driver's license is required since operating motorized conveyances is required of this job.

Preferred Qualifications:

This position is onsite in Collierville; TN. Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Internal Pay Grade H30

Pay:

$21.63 to $28.68
