Durable Products is a manufacturing company that produces high-quality rubber components for the automotive and transportation industries. We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates to join our production team.
Available Shifts:
1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd
Shift Key Responsibilities:
Operate production and assembly equipment Manufacture rubber parts according to specifications and work instructions Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Manufacturing/production environment Standing for long periods, lifting, and handling materials as required Durable Products is an equal opportunity employer.
