$21.12 / hour Description The Machine Operator will operate, adjust, and make simple set ups on shear, punch, drill, saw, thread or similar machines from raw steel stock. This position is for 1st shift, which is Monday thru Friday from 7am
•3:30pm. How You Will Help Operates machinery including coil-fed and punch presses. Must have ability to perform basic maintenance and can successfully change dies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. What You Will Bring Requires standing up to 10 hours per day Repetitive use of both hands up to 10 hours per day Constant awareness of surroundings Requires pushing/pulling/lifting (up to 50 lbs) Requires ability to be forklift certified
