Flat Storage Crew

This is a full-time night shift position working a rotating 4-on / 3-off schedule with 12-hour shifts. Position Summary Employees in our Flat Storage/Bulk Receiving Warehouse facility assist with the processing and movement of bulk warehouse ingredients associated with Feed Mill operations. This role involves unloading bulk products from delivery trucks, operating heavy equipment, processing ingredients into fine powder for feed production, and assisting with warehouse cleanup and packaging breakdown. This position works in a non-climate-controlled environment and employees should expect exposure to varying temperatures ranging from very cold to extreme heat. The work environment is dusty and includes exposure to ingredients such as peanuts, corn, wheat, rice, dog food, candy products, and other feed-related materials.
