• What You'll Do
• As a Machine Operator, you'll be part of our team located in Jackson, TN.

You'll get to: + Operate blade manufacturing equipment includes start-up and shutdown, re-starts after stoppages, and problem-solving equipment processing issues. + Operate and monitor high temperature furnaces, tempering furnaces, endothermic gas generator, and other Heat Treat related equipment. + Safely operate and move heavy loads on overhead crane system, along with mobile equipment. + Perform cleaning, basic PM, minor changeovers, and adjustments of die set and applicable tooling. + Perform necessary quality checks of product including the effective use of calipers, micrometers, indicators, functional gauges, and other measuring equipment.. + Perform operator PM of machinery including required lubrication & maintaining proper oil and coolant levels. + Maintain and operate multiple machines at a time. + Complete any and all necessary forms and paperwork.

+ High School Diploma or GED required + Machine operator experience + Capable of following written and verbal instructions + Comfortable working in a standing job for continuous periods of 8-10 hours and lifting and moving parts containers weighing up to 40 lbs
