Job Description

About the Role As a Manufacturing Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our production cycle by transforming raw materials into high-quality finished goods. You will leverage your technical aptitude to interpret schematics, operate machinery, and ensure our output consistently meets rigorous safety and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities Interpret complex job orders and technical schematics to ensure precise material assembly. Utilize hand and power tools to perform essential fabrication and minor equipment maintenance. Conduct thorough safety assessments on all products and materials to uphold quality standards. Maintain an organized and efficient workstation to optimize daily production flow. Collaborate with team members through proactive communication to support collective throughput goals. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and PPE requirements to foster a secure work environment. Manage physical material handling, including lifting up to 60lbs and maneuvering heavier loads as needed. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, and lifting. Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established operational procedures. Ability to interpret technical instructions and schematics accurately. Preferred Skills 1+ year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Certified forklift operation experience or proficiency in heavy equipment handling. Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive willingness to learn new machinery.
