Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team on the 2nd shift.
Positions available:
Press Brake Saw Operator Machine Operator Floater Duties Operate various machines on 2nd shift.

Press brake machines, band saws, and other manufacturing equipment with precision. Set up machines according to specifications, including adjusting parameters and calibrating tools using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Conduct quality inspections throughout production using hand tools and measurement devices to ensure parts meet strict tolerances and standards. Handle materials safely using forklifts if certified. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Follow lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall workflow. Assist in fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes as needed to meet production deadlines. Experience Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery. Mechanical knowledge of machine components and fabrication processes is essential. Warehouse experience including materials handling with forklifts is a plus. Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Experience working within lean manufacturing environments or continuous improvement initiatives preferred. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality checks. Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
