Org Marketing Statement At our O-Ring and Engineered Seals Division in Lebanon, Tennessee facility, team members produce high-performance rubber compounds used in advanced sealing applications across multiple industries. Position Summary Position Summary The Mixing Operator operates rubber mixing equipment used to produce specialized compounds for Parker's engineered sealing products. This role monitors the mixing process, ensures materials are blended to precise specifications, and supports production quality while following strict safety and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate rubber mixing equipment and controls to produce compounds according to production specifications.
  • Monitor the mixing process to ensure material consistency and product quality.
  • Verify raw materials and batch information prior to mixing.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements.
  • Maintain work areas in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
  • Record production data and communicate process concerns when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support safe, efficient production and continuous improvement.
2 Openings 2nd shift 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Starting pay $20.35. Top out $22.13 3rd shift 10:30 PM - 6:30 PM Starting pay $20.55. Top out $22.33 Qualifications Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Must have a good attendance record. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. May be required to stack parts up to 55 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours (occasional) Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
