Saw Operator /

Technician Primary Objective:

Responsible for safely and efficiently fabricating quality cut-down products for customer demand.

Scope of Work:

• Ensuring personal and team member safety is the core foundation of your work style.
• Safe loading and unloading practices are your responsible for setting an example, as well as training your work cell team.
• Continuously monitor strip and chip quality, as well as complete quality audits on finished sheets and drive root cause for any rework created during the shift.
• Responsible for daily machine maintenance and operator basic care for in-line mosaic cell, especially saw machines.
• Relief responsibilities for other positions within the work cell to cover small breaks.
• Support the Production Manager through size and packaging changeovers within the production demands according to schedule and priority.
• Support water treatment system as needed through direction of Production Manager or Maintenance Team.
• Ability to work in other areas of the factory as production demands shifts to care for customer requirements.
• All other duties as requested.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Previous work in manufacturing is not required but will be helpful.
• Previous work in ceramics or fabrication will be helpful.

Pay:

$12.00
