Team Leader Job Summary Operate automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume automotive production environment. Responsible for machining, assembling, and inspecting high-precision automotive components while adhering to quality and safety standards.This is a 3rd shift position, 10:30p-7a (8:30p-7a when working mandatory overtime) Sunday-Thursday, Some Fridays will be required.

High SchoolResponsibilities Machine Operation:
Load, run, and monitor high-volume production machinery, including CNC machines (lathes/mills), automated assembly lines, and manual presses.Quality Control:
Perform routine visual inspections and dimensional quality checks on parts using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure compliance with engineering specs.Parts Assembly & Handling:
Assemble automotive engine components and load/unload finished goods onto pallets or racks according to standard operating procedures.Troubleshooting & Line Clearance:
Identify minor machine errors, report faults to maintenance or the Team Leader, and clear jam-ups following strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols. 5S & Safety Compliance:
