Referral Follow Up Technician

Patient Referral Follow Up Technician Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays) Full-time, 40/hour per week Pay starts at $15 an hour with increases available based on performance. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track outgoing and incoming referrals. Follow up with referred patients to confirm appointment scheduling and completion. Communicate with healthcare providers, specialists, and external offices to coordinate referral details. Contact insurance providers when needed to verify referral authorizations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient computer skills. Experience in healthcare preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
