Duties and Responsibilities Set up various bindery equipment and maintain efficient operation speeds. Communicate with Bindery Manager for job approval, timelines, and quality of work. Make sure counts are met to meet required needs of specific job. Review and comply to all details on job ticket to assure the job is properly produced. Operate folding, stitching and cutting equipment to finish printed pieces. Assist Bindery Manager with certain tasks as needed. Qualifications Bindery experience and/or knowledge of commercial print production preferred. Keen attention to detail. Maintain neat and orderly work areas. Follow all safety procedures and 5-S Practices. Ability to adhere to the Core Values of Pollock Printing. Working Conditions Prolonged periods of standing in a warehouse setting. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. Possible exposure to raw materials and loud noise levels.
