Life Line Foods LLC is a leading manufacturer in the liquid supplement industry, dedicated to producing high-quality products through innovative processes. We are seeking a dedicated Process Operator to join our dynamic team.Job Summary:
The Process Operator is integral to our operations, responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of batches of raw materials to produce finished bulk products. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of product formulations and specific manufacturing procedures.Key Responsibilities:
Operate various types of equipment, including Conveying Equipment, Mixing Equipment, and related equipment to compound and process raw materials into liquid products. Monitor product manufacturing and implement pre-determined control factors to maintain product processing within acceptable limits. Maintain accurate production records, follow step-by-step manufacturing procedures and complete production orders upon batch completion. Collaborate effectively in a team environment. Maintain equipment and work area in neat, clean, and orderly conditions. Adhere to safety standards and operate in a safe manner at all times. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly as part of daily tasks.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Process Operator or in a similar role in manufacturing. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively. Physical ability to repetitively lift up to 25 lbs. Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.We Offer:
