Machine Operator Job Description Oversee daily operations of assigned rotational molding machine and oven. Operate and use crane to set molds and move them to the oven. Troubleshoot machines and oven, conduct setups and changeovers, and ensure operating and quality standards are met for all products produced in the assigned area. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and power tools. Experience with operating a machine. Experience with setting up, changing over, and troubleshooting machines. Mechanical aptitude and being mechanically inclined. Additional Skills & Qualifications Crane operation. Trimming. Production experience. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is clean but not climate-controlled, so it can get very hot in the facility during the summer due to the ovens. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
