Job Description
Overview Join our team to be a Mill work Associate. This position is full-time and normal operating days are Monday-Thursday, 10 hr shifts. Responsibilities Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment t Handle materials efficiently using forklifts and other heavy equipment to ensure smooth workflow Assist and take lead in the setup and operation of a multi-rip saw. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Support the loading, unloading, and storage of materials with proper handling techniques Collaborate with team members on projects requiring precise measurements, cutting, and fitting Follow detailed instructions for manufacturing processes while maintaining high quality standards Requirements Prior experience with warehouse operations, manufacturing, or carpentry is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic machining techniques Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Knowledge of materials handling practices within a manufacturing or warehouse setting Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role
