Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor production equipment to maintain efficient operation, consistent product quality, and a safe work environment.
Pay Rate:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
Shift:
1st Shift - 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (3 days per week) Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent performance. Perform routine quality checks on finished products throughout the production process. Verify glue consistency and make adjustments as needed before and during production. Inspect equipment for proper operation and promptly report mechanical issues or malfunctions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies. Complete production records and documentation accurately as required. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and quality goals. Qualifications & Requirements Previous machine operator, production, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to work a 12-hour first shift (5:00 AM-5:00 PM), three days per week .
