Skills/Requirements Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes Reliable attendance and work performance Successful completion of a drug screen and background check Must be at least 18 years old Job Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ability to perform all duties associated within the department Ability to follow instructions & have good communication skills A minimum of 2 years of machine operator experience preferred Work with limited supervision Follow 5-S rule and work in other areas when assigned
General Requirements:
Work overtime and/or non-regular hours as needed Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 to 75 pounds Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Previous Assembly experience a plus Able to utilize hand tools for assembly Work in other areas as needed Conduct developmental testing as requested Communicate effectively between shifts Excellent sense of safety awareness and good housekeeping (5S) Work with minimum supervision High School diploma or equivalent preferred Summary As an Assembly Technician, you will contribute to the efficient production of our products by assembling components and ensuring quality throughout the process. Reporting to the Production Lead, you will apply core skills in measuring, manual handling, and the use of hand tools to interpret manufacturing documents and perform precise assemblies. With a focus on maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to 5S standards, you will collaborate with peers to meet production schedules while supporting continuous quality improvements. Your precision and practical engineering skills will help drive reliable, ready-to-use assemblies.
