Requirements 1-year prior experience with machine operation and set up in a manufacturing environment or education in mechanical trade. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Mechanical aptitude Good Attendance Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Ability to lift 50+lbs. Ability to stand and work in a hot environment for 12 hours. Responsibilities Take ownership of the lines assigned to you. Learn to Set-up, start-up, and operate extrusion machinery. Accurately record and report production. Inspect and pack parts, Perform quality control using a variety of tools, measuring devices and prints. Ability to understand and follow the schedule. Use a computer to input data and record notes. Work with others to address quality problems when they occur. Follow all company safety and health policies and procedures.
