You will drive operational excellence by mentoring maintenance teams and executing complex mechanical interventions across multiple production sites. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify mechanical wear and optimize machine center performance. Lead root cause analysis initiatives to implement corrective actions and prevent future downtime. Collaborate with OEM partners and internal teams to execute annual overhauls and major equipment rebuilds. Provide expert-level technical guidance to plant maintenance staff to improve overall equipment effectiveness. Develop and deliver hands-on training modules to elevate the technical proficiency of site-based maintenance personnel. Drive long-term facility success by identifying strategic equipment needs and process improvement opportunities. Maintain rigorous safety standards, including LOTO protocols, while working in dynamic industrial environments. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in high-speed blow molding and industrial manufacturing. Demonstrated expertise in PET bottle processing and related mechanical systems. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for technical reporting and project documentation. High school diploma or equivalent with formal industrial maintenance training. Preferred Skills 6+ years of experience with Sidel or Krones aseptic blow molding systems. Proven track record in project management or technical team leadership. Experience participating in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) or OEM-certified training programs. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
