Deliver Premium Exterior Cleaning:

Perform professional window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning to our high company standards.

• Help Build the

Standard:

Model top-tier workmanship and customer service, helping establish the standard operating procedures and safety protocols for future crew members.

• Be the

Local Brand Ambassador:

Own your job site! Place lawn signs, canvas neighboring homes with door hangers, and showcase our high standard of work to the surrounding neighborhood.

Spot Opportunities & Increase Ticket Size:

Act as a property advisor, not just a technician. Identify dirty gutters, stained driveways, or hard water spots, and pitch add-on services on the spot to boost your job earnings.

• Deliver 5-

Star Service:

Walk the property with the client before and after the job, explaining our process, offering expert solutions for unaddressed problem areas, and securing top-tier reviews.

Safety & Equipment Care:

Safely operate ladders, pressure washers, and specialized equipment while keeping company vehicles and gear clean, organized, and job-ready.

Collect Payments:

Safely handle on-site customer payments upon job completion. Required Qualifications

Proven Leadership Experience:

1+ years as a Lead Technician, Crew Leader, or Senior Tech in window cleaning and pressure washing.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitudes and familiarity with exterior cleaning equipment (pressure washers, soft-wash systems, surface cleaners).
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders up to three stories, and lifting 50+ lbs.
• Available for full-time schedule with occasional weekend availability.
