Position Overview We are seeking a Weaver with experience operating Jakob Muller looms, specifically NF, NFRE, and NC models. This position plays a critical role in our manufacturing process, helping to ensure the consistent quality and performance of our narrow fabric products. Responsibilities Operate and monitor Jakob Muller looms (NF, NFRE, and NC) Set up looms and make necessary adjustments to meet product specifications Maintain quality standards throughout the weaving process Identify and troubleshoot weaving or machine issues Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance Work closely with team members to support production goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We're Looking For Experience with Jakob Müller looms (NF, NFRE, NC preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Willingness to take pride in craftsmanship and continuous improvement Appreciation for integrity, honesty, and working together as a team

Hours:

8a.m. - 5p.m.

Starting Pay:

21.50/hour, with higher compensation based on experience.
