In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in manufacturing and machining processes, with a focus on precision, safety, and continuous improvement. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed and grow within our dynamic facility. Responsibilities Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, stamping presses, press brake machines, CNC lathes, milling machines, and flexo presses with attention to safety and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to set up and run production processes accurately Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to ensure parts meet specifications Assist with materials handling, including forklift operation and proper packaging of finished products Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments to optimize performance Follow safety protocols consistently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Support assembly line tasks and fabrication processes as needed to meet production goals Requirements Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes; factory or warehouse experience is a plus Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use measurement tools like calipers and micrometers Familiarity with CNC programming, CAM programming, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), SolidWorks or CAD software is advantageous but not mandatory Experience with tooling setup, fabrication techniques including welding or welding certification is beneficial Comfortable operating hand tools, forklifts (certification preferred), and other factory equipment such as stamping presses or CNC milling machines Strong attention to detail with good math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to work effectively in a team environment on an assembly line or manufacturing floor Willingness to learn new skills related to CNC programming, machining operations, quality control procedures, and safety standards Join our team as an Entry Level Machine Operator where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
