Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various machinery to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities Set up and calibrate machinery according to production specifications and safety standards. Operate machinery during production runs, ensuring optimal performance and output quality. Monitor machine operations continuously, identifying and troubleshooting issues promptly. Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns. Record production data accurately, including cycle times, output quantities, and machine conditions. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance schedules. Adjust machine settings as needed to meet quality standards and production targets. Assist in training new operators on equipment operation procedures. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred. Basic mechanical skills with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines. Good communication skills for team collaboration and reporting issues. High school diploma or equivalent
Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
