You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of efficiency and performance across our manufacturing equipment. We encourage those with a strong drive for accuracy and a talent for resolving technical challenges to apply. Core Duties Configure and run diverse machinery in alignment with established technical requirements. Oversee equipment performance to help guarantee consistent output quality and operational efficiency. Execute standard upkeep tasks and address mechanical malfunctions as they arise. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all safety guidelines. Record manufacturing metrics and communicate any operational concerns to management. Work alongside colleagues to help improve overall production workflows and outcomes. Provide guidance and support to incoming staff members during their onboarding process. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or a GED; specialized technical education is considered an asset. Prior background working in machine operation or a comparable industrial position. Solid mechanical understanding and the ability to diagnose equipment issues. Proficiency in analyzing and understanding technical schematics and blueprints. Help ensure high-quality standards by maintaining a sharp focus on every detail of the process. Capacity to thrive in a high-speed setting while consistently hitting manufacturing targets. Effective interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to working with others.
