T-Car Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using Production Equipment to ensure steady workflow. Ensure a high quality product is coming off the machine. Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects. Lead machine crew with setups/change overs. Problem solve when issues with the machine arise. Complete necessary reports. Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED. Strong safety background and good attendance record. Works well in a team environment. Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends. Strong mechanical aptitude and be good communicator.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience operating corrugated printing equipment. Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment, with an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.
