Woodworking Shop Associate Location:

Aubrey, TX (Onsite)

$19/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM CornerStone Staffing is currently hiring a dependable and hardworking Production / Woodworking Shop Associate for a growing manufacturing environment in Aubrey, TX. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience using woodworking tools and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate woodworking or metal equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently Read tape measures accurately and calculate fractions and decimals Perform basic math calculations related to measurements and materials Assist with fabrication, assembly, and production tasks Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs. Work in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled shop environments Follow shop safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Minimum Qualifications:

Dependable transportation and valid legal registration Ability to work onsite from 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Ability to read a tape measure and calculate fractions Ability to convert fractions to decimals and perform basic math Experience using woodworking tools including: Table saw Chop saw Band saw Drill press Routers and router tables

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of welding principles Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
