Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operator, your daily efforts will keep the production line moving smoothly and safely.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Machine Operation:
Setting up, adjusting, and watching over manufacturing lines to ensure products are made correctly.
Material Feeding:
Safely loading raw materials into the machinery to maintain continuous, steady production runs.
Quality Inspection:
Checking finished products using tape measures and visual inspections to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
Packaging & Labeling:
Preparing final products for shipment by verifying weights, applying tracking labels, and organizing items onto pallets.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Following all safety guidelines, wearing required protective gear, and keeping your work area clean and organized. ...

6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience working with web-handling, continuous-line manufacturing, or asphalt-based materials.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
One to three years of experience operating machinery within a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment. The ability to accurately read work orders, product specification sheets, and a standard tape measure. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) for tracking production counts. The physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of a shift (up to 10 to 12 hours depending on the schedule). The ability to routinely lift, push, pull, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Comfort working in a loud, active manufacturing environment that is subject to seasonal temperature changes.
