Responsibilities:
Equipment & Mixing Operation:
Learn to operate industrial mixing equipment to blend raw materials per exact recipe specifications.
Batching & Material Handling:
Measure, weigh, and stage raw ingredients accurately to support target production schedules.
Sanitation & Maintenance:
Clean, sanitize, and maintain mixing vessels and tools between production runs.
Quality & Troubleshooting:
Perform initial quality checks on batches and assist in diagnosing basic operational issues.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to plant safety guidelines, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Working hours:
6:00 AM - 2:00
PM Skills:
High school diploma, GED, or vocational training equivalent. Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial production setting. Familiarity with basic industrial safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). ... Experience using basic hand tools or material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
