Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment as required for production tasks.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of production lines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Perform quality checks on products and materials.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain organized workspaces by cleaning and storing equipment and materials appropriately.

- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required to stay informed about company policies and new procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate various types of machinery and equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible overtime and shifts as needed.
