Responsibilities include operating semi-automatic sewing machines with multiple sewing heads to embroider names, letters, or decorative designs/logos on wallets and other panels. Heat stamping, burn in, and embossing on leather. Familiarity with basic computer programs a must as this position will require some front office duties as needed. No previous experience in embroidery machine required, training will be provided. The right candidate must have strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be self motivated, able to stay on task with little or no supervision, communicate effectively with owner and manager and willing to accept and implement constructive criticism with effective corrective action and improvement to product flow. The right candidate must have attention to detail and be able to stand for long periods of time. Acceptable attendance requires the employee to report to work on time and work each scheduled shift with minimal absences or issues.
