Job Description

•Earn a weekly attendance bonus of $2 per hour when working 100% of scheduled hours•McLane Classic Foods is a premier custom kettle cooked food products company based in Burleson, Texas. Specializing in custom product development, we produce a wide range of kettle cooked recipes for our regional and national chain restaurant partners. Our capabilities include an array of kettle cooked food products including soups, sauces, side dishes and dips.
Schedule:
Monday thru Saturday (& Sunday as needed, no exceptions) 3:00pm-11:30pm must be available for Overtime Employee will be responsible for inspecting, weighing all raw materials for each batch. Assemble/Disassemble equipment needed for ingredient preparation. Set up and calibrate scales. Inspect Ingredients for cleanliness, accuracy, integrity, allergens, and ingredient label. Properly weigh and prepare ingredients according to SOP and batch sheets. Label v-mags and barrels with ingredients, weight, batch information. Complete batch sheets with weights and ingredient lot information. Additional responsibilities as instructed by Spice Room Lead, Production Line Lead or Production Supervisor. Adhere to plant GMPs and safety guidelines. Skills and Requirements HS Diploma or Equivalent. Be able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time. Be able to lift 50-60 lbs.; scoop and shovel ingredients. Be able to work in cold or hot, wet environments for 8-10 hour shifts. Basic literacy (English) and math skills (use of calculator). Operate pallet jack training required. Allergen training required. Chemical training required if handling sanitation chemicals. Additional Notes May be required to assist in kitchen and/or grinding room to prepare ingredients as requested.
