POSITION SUMMARY

Own the technical performance and daily operation of an assigned packaging system. Lead machine startups, shutdowns, product changeovers, and equipment setup. Monitor and optimize operating parameters to maximize OEE, quality, and reliability. Anticipate, diagnose, and resolve operational issues before they impact production. Develop a thorough understanding of machine operation, process flow, and equipment interaction. Perform root cause analysis on recurring equipment and process issues. Develop and maintain machine standards, operating procedures, setup guides, and troubleshooting documentation. Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, OEMs, and Quality during equipment improvements and technical interventions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree, certification, or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Excellent skills to handle product in rack systems, preferable experienced in dynamic rack systems Excellent skills to drive stand-up reach forklifts Ability to work various shifts to meet the needs of the business
