1st Shift — Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m.-3:45 p.m.
Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to set up and operate manufacturing equipment used to produce fabricated metal products. This position also involves light assembly, quality checks, material handling, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machinery used in the fabrication of metal products. Perform light assembly and production-related tasks. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules. Handle materials and maintain a clean and organized work area. Report equipment issues or product concerns to the supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. One to three years of related manufacturing experience or training preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered. Previous machine operation experience is a plus. Computer skills are preferred. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to read and follow basic instructions. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Must be able to provide valid identification.
