Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Embroidery Machine Operator and become a vital part of creating high-quality, visually stunning embroidered products. In this role, you will operate advanced embroidery machinery to bring intricate designs to life on a variety of fabrics and materials. Your expertise will ensure precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards, contributing to the production of exceptional finished goods. This position offers a lively and engaging environment where your skills directly impact the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Responsibilities Set up and operate industrial embroidery machines, ensuring proper calibration for each design. Load fabric materials accurately onto embroidery machines, maintaining correct tension and alignment. Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards in embroidery detail and color accuracy. Inspect finished embroidered items for defects, ensuring they meet strict quality standards in production. Handle materials carefully during loading and unloading processes, adhering to safety standards in production environments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tools and supplies related to embroidery operations. Document production details, including measurements, thread colors, design specifications, and machine settings for quality control purposes. Requirements Proven experience operating embroidery machines or similar sewing equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional measurements to ensure precise placement of designs. Familiarity with fabric materials, garment construction, upholstery fabrics, and sewing techniques such as seam construction and garment sewing. Ability to interpret design specifications and replicate detailed embroidery patterns accurately. Understanding of safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents during machine operation. Skills in handling various materials including textiles used in upholstery or garment manufacturing. Experience with manual cutting (fabric cutting), sewing (including serging), and garment construction processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards in all embroidered products.
