Available Help for . Position Summary Seeking a dependable and experienced Batch-Maker / Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, preparing batches according to established specifications, and maintaining consistent product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position follows a 2/2/3 rotating schedule, working the D-Shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor batch-making and production equipment.
Prepare and process batches according to established recipes, formulas, and specifications.
Accurately measure, weigh, and add raw materials.
Set up and adjust machinery to maintain proper production requirements.
Monitor equipment throughout the production process.
Perform machine changeovers and adjustments as needed.
Inspect products for quality, consistency, and proper specifications.
Record batch information, production data, and quality results accurately.
Identify equipment issues and report problems to supervisors or maintenance.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting when appropriate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
Follow all safety, quality, sanitation, and production procedures.
Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. Qualifications
Previous Batch-Maker, Machine Operator, or manufacturing experience preferred.
2+ years of related experience preferred.
Ability to accurately follow recipes, formulas, work instructions, and production specifications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to work a rotating 2/2/3 schedule and overnight hours.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Manufacturing, food production, packaging, or processing experience is a plus. Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM This position follows a 2/2/3 rotating schedule, meaning employees work two days, have two days off, then work three days, followed by a rotating schedule the following week
