In this role, you'll be an essential part of the production process, ensuring that compounds are mixed accurately and efficiently to meet strict quality standards. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will help maintain a smooth, compliant, and productive environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Prepare and compound raw materials according to specified formulations, ensuring precise measurements and consistency. Operate machinery related to mixing, blending, and packaging compounds while adhering to safety protocols. Handle materials safely using equipment such as forklifts and other warehouse tools, following proper handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Assist with laboratory testing and quality checks to verify product specifications meet company standards. Support materials handling activities, including inventory management and proper storage of raw materials and finished products. Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments with knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CGMP regulations and laboratory testing procedures is highly desirable. Experience in packaging, machining, or materials handling within a warehouse setting is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure quality control. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a fast-paced workflow. Prior laboratory experience or familiarity with quality assurance processes is a plus.
