Duties Adjust and calibrate converting machines, flexo presses, and other industrial equipment to meet precise specifications. Interpret production documents, technical drawings, and quality standards to ensure accurate machine setup and operation. Perform routine mechanical troubleshooting to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Conduct dimensional measurements and quality checks on printed materials and paper packaging to ensure compliance with standards. Operate forklifts safely for material handling, loading, and unloading supplies or finished products. Follow safety standards in production by adhering to safety protocols, conducting manual handling with care, and maintaining a safe work environment. Assist in the setup and changeover of converting machines for different production runs while ensuring minimal downtime. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial equipment adjustment and machining processes. Proficiency in machine operation, including printing presses such as flexo presses, converting machinery, and packaging equipment. Ability to interpret manufacturing management documentation, including work orders and process instructions. Knowledge of quality standards in production to maintain high-quality output consistently. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to machine adjustments, and quality assessments.
