Ready to put your skills to work? We're hiring! RPM Staffing is looking for dependable, motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. If you're hands-on, hardworking, mechanically inclined, and ready to build your skills in a production environment, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and keep production moving
- Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and equipment maintenance
- Follow safety procedures, production instructions, and quality standards
- Work toward daily production goals while maintaining a safe, organized workspace
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience is preferred, but not always required
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical production duties
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn Experience with industrial machinery, measuring tools, production equipment, or manufacturing processes is a plus!
