Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Acme Brick Company. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machinery operates efficiently and effectively to meet production goals. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Adjust machine settings based on specifications and quality standards. Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.. Ability to read technical documents and blueprints. Familiarity with logic controllers and fabrication techniques is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
