Back Machine Operator Light Industrial & Manufacturing Denton , North Carolina Contract to Hire Oct 22, 2026 Peoplelink Staffing , in partnership with a prominent Furniture Plant in the Denton, NC area, is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their team!

up to $15 an hour

DOE Shifts Available:

1st

Shift:

6a-4:30p M-Th. Friday OT 6a-until done Unload Machine in a Neat and Orderly fashion. Organize and Label parts on a pallet. Material Handling of parts to the next operation. Odd jobs may be required of Operator in and around their work Area. Perform basic quality checks on finished product Meet production goals Adhere to proper production processes Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines Basic Training will be provided by Back-up Operator to meet required Job responsibilities as quickly as possible. Communicate with Supervisor Ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience reading job orders

• Required 2+ Years of experience as a Machine Operator
• Required Ability to Handle/Load up to 65lbs. 2+ years of experience of Troubleshooting machines
• Required Ability to listen and observe machine operating while working close by.
